Our recent assistance with a client's backyard landscape renovation in East Fayetteville left them thoroughly impressed. The steps that we followed to complete the job are outlined below. 1. We Installed a New 30x2.5' Retaining Wall

The first step of this renovation project was to construct a brand-new retaining wall. Retaining walls are an effective solution for maximizing erosion control, stabilizing certain slopes, and creating additional usable space. 2. We Designed and Installed an Updated Drainage System

Next, our client had been dealing with reasonably significant water accumulation and pooling around the property. Accordingly, we designed and installed a brand new installation system that functioned to improve the movement of groundwater and run-off water away from their home and the accompanying hillside. Pooling water can wreak havoc on a property, so this was an essential aspect of the project to address.

3. We Expanded the Outdoor Patio Space

We then expanded upon the previously constructed outdoor patio space. Along with the client, we determined that the previously-constructed patio was worth keeping. So, instead of a complete replacement, we expanded upon it and enhanced the overall structural integrity of both.

4. We Constructed a 3x3' Modern Paver Walkway to the Gate

​

The next step was something the client was very eager to have for their home. Our workers constructed a 3x3' paver walkway that led from the patio to the gate of the property. This way, guests and residents alike would no longer have to walk through grass, dirt, or mud when using the gate.

5. We Installed New Landscape Beds With Full Irrigation System

​

Nearing the end of the project, we also installed a variety of brand-new landscape beds to help add more greenery to the property. From choosing the right amount of space and type of soil for plant life to thrive to selecting plants that would like best on the property and would survive the ever-shifting weather conditions, our work completely changes the look of the space. These new landscape beds also had fully integrated irrigation systems to ensure water pooling never became an issue for them.

6. We Topped It All Off With First-Class Grading & Sod Installation

​

Finally, we finished off the backyard landscape renovation in East Fayetteville with a thorough grading and brand-new sod installation. And with all of those steps completed, the job was done!
