Fay-Ark commercial maintenance program is very detail oriented. Our goal is to enhance your business, and keep you updated monthly on any issues, or areas to improve to make your property look its best!

The difference between Fay-Ark Lawn Co., and any other provider is that we are the only landscape maintenance provider in our area to have separate landscape/bed maintenance visits. This is going to make your property look more appealing because of the extra time, and detailed oriented landscape crew members handling weeding, shrub trimming, and debris cleanup. 

 

We will provide you a quarterly update on the property, or even monthly if needed. This update is going to keep you up to date on how your property is looking, and how we can enhance the look even more. This task is done by our production manager and business development staff. Our #1 goal is to make your property be the show stopper on your block of business. 

 

We provide you a set price for any snow clearing, shoveling, or salt applications. In our area, the winter is a toss up with snow and ice. All companies in our area will give an hourly price, and not be transparent. We will give set pricing where you know for your budget, and office exactly what a bill is going to cost, even before you receive it. We want to keep your doors open all year around, and our snow and ice services will keep your parking lot safe for your customers and employees.
