• Removed existing brick and flagstone pathways, shrubs, and a central tree with stump
• Installed Belgard Aqua-Roc charcoal pavers with permeable joints, compacted base, and concrete edging
• Installed a 25' x 31' Bermuda artificial turf area with full base prep, edging, glue, and antimicrobial infill
• Installed new irrigation system to cover all flowerbeds, planters, and pots
• Built flowerbeds with topsoil, 3" brown mulch, and metal edging per design
• Installed 6" solid and 4" perforated PVC drainage system with storm chambers, backfilled with clean limestone, and connected to road release points
• Tore down existing brick wall and  Installed new Belgard Melville block retaining wall in Midnight color with compacted 4" gravel base and drainage pipe behind the wall
• Install green velvet boxwoods along south property line to hide neighbor
• Install a water feature that includes 3 stacked urn kits.

This project completely reimagined the outdoor space from the ground up. We removed existing pathways, shrubs, and a central tree, then rebuilt the area with Belgard Aqua-Roc charcoal permeable pavers for improved drainage and durability. A large Bermuda artificial turf area was installed with full base prep, antimicrobial infill, and clean edging, while new flowerbeds were built with fresh topsoil, brown mulch, and metal edging. Behind the scenes, we installed a comprehensive drainage system with storm chambers and road tie-ins, along with a brand-new irrigation system to support all beds and planters. The project was finished with a new Belgard Melville retaining wall, green velvet boxwoods for added privacy, and a custom water feature featuring three stacked urns—bringing function, privacy, and visual impact together in one cohesive design.
