This project transformed a sloped hillside into a functional and visually striking landscape feature. We removed existing sod, flowerbeds, and debris, then excavated and regraded the area as needed for stability and flow. A new footpath was built using compacted chip rock with steel edging, finished with flagstone stepping stones set in chocolate pea gravel. To enhance both structure and aesthetics, we installed large natural boulders and custom cut-stone steps, then completed the hillside with landscape fabric, fresh topsoil, oversized chocolate river rock, and approximately 44 new plants—creating a natural, durable, and cohesive outdoor space.
