- Regraded the backyard to improve drainage

- Removed the existing retaining wall and installed a new, professionally constructed retaining wall
This project focused on solving drainage issues while giving the backyard a full landscape upgrade. We regraded the yard to improve water flow, installed a new gutter drainage system, and removed the old retaining wall in favor of a professionally built replacement. To finish it off, we added fresh topsoil and sod, installed landscape fabric with river rock and pea gravel, defined beds and walkways with brown chop stone edging, and brought the space to life with 60 new plants—including 9 trees and 51 shrubs and perennials—for a clean, functional, and polished outdoor space.
