- Removed all tree stumps and existing landscape from the backyard.
- Installed three retaining walls with gray blocks, ensuring proper base and compaction:
- 48’ x 3.5’
- 55’ x 4’
- 60’ x 6’
- Installed drains from gutters, connecting them behind the retaining walls and to the front yard catch basins, minimizing runoff on the sloped backyard.
- Poured broom-finish concrete patios in the following sizes:
- 4’ x 60’
- 4’ x 42’
- 33’ x 25’
- 16’ diameter patio
- Installed 45’ of ornamental black fencing above the 6’ retaining wall for safety.
- Added river rock under the deck and in shaded areas where grass won’t grow.
- Graded all lawn areas for proper drainage with five loads of topsoil.
- Installed 4,500 sq. ft. of Bermuda sod.
